The Grains building is now completed. Located in the heart of the Creative Quarter in Hockley, Nottingham. It’s surrounded by a number of heritage assets requiring a sensitive and characteristic form to the building.
A 6 storey new build with the inclusion of an existing basement, the scheme includes 74 residential beds, a new café and reception area.
