West Kirkby Gateway Secures Planning Approval

West Kirkby Gateway scheme has been granted planning approval for a new apartment building.

The development will provide 12 one- and two-bedroom flats, complete with onsite parking, planting, and cycle storage. Built on the site of the former Wyvern Club, the design reflects the area’s industrial heritage, celebrating the history of the railway and its workers.
