Project Description

The new development on the site of the old bus station and fire station will comprise of 120 apartments, a 7 screen cinema and various food and drink venues together with new public realm space.

To enable the public realm space to be realized the cinema to the first floor needed to be hung from the roof structure to avoid any external columns at ground floor level.
